good morning and welcome to day 7 yes I
made it a week well we've made it a week
and yes I can't believe how good it
feels to be a week in and it could mean
like nothing to somebody but a week of
big challenges and new routines and new
schedules it makes such a big deal it
really does and I am so excited that I
actually have did it I am so proud of
myself and I can't thank you guys enough
for all the messages that I have been
receiving and all the positive
encouragement because you know honestly
there's been a few times where I could
have maybe mean a little bit of a wrong
swerve in my you know in my child in
might my journey not challenge but
journey it is a challenge but then I
stopped and I thought about all of you
and I thought I can't do that I can't
because we're in this together and
there's so many of you guys that have
also joined in this fun exciting journey
that what would it be for me to choose
to veer off and make that choice that
would just hinder the success that I'm
working towards and so I didn't I
haven't done it I stayed straight on
exactly what I was supposed to do and I
can't believe I made it a week I'm so so
so excited and guess what today is
it's windy so I am going to be inserting
my way in and then we will talk about it
in a second

474 pounds that means this week I lost
16 pounds I am so excited I was just
like ah would I see the numbers I just
was like 474 I got so excited it's just
such a great feeling to to see the
number such a great number that I've
worked so hard for and I know there's
gonna be months where and weeks where I
don't lose anything because maybe my
body not dynamic is off a little bit but
for the most part as long as you're just
pushing and trying the hardest you can
there's always gonna be a success
somewhere and it may not be exactly what
you think it's gonna be but it's always
gonna be something no matter what even
little it's still success that's how I
see it in my eyes
so yes I'm so excited I finally got to
weigh in today so I'm hoping everybody
is getting to see this and I will be
waiting to hear your guys's exciting
news and see where you guys are at in
this week so far and stay tuned I will
be checking him with you guys here soon
so for breakfast this morning I had an
English muffin with turkey sausage and
egg all together the calories were 320
total so this morning I just had a
really bad sweet tooth and thought what
a great day today too just reward myself
with something a little small and I made
myself a homemade mocha frappe it was
altogether 400 calories I did not add
whipped cream my kids drink over half of
it so it was technically only 200 but
still 400 altogether so I just want to
just show you guys something really
quick I have been so addicted to these
things and they are so good it's
sparkling eyes I showed you guys the
orange one I don't remember the flavor
that it was I'd have to go back and look
but this one's black cherry and it's
zero sugar I'm in there zero calorie so
literally because like I was saying
before I am such a shoe like a soda
drinker like that is strictly what I
used to drink like I would never drink
any other type of drink my soda so for
me these are great because it's amazing
to be able to drink something that
tastes like soda but you're not having
that same calorie intake and all the
other stuff that comes with soda it's so
good so yeah I just want to share that
with you guys and I get these from
Costco and they get theirs three
different types of packs there's
lemonade a look like a lemonade pack
that comes with different types of
flavored lemonade and then there's two
other kind I'd have to look and see
again which ones they were but they are
worth buying if you are a soda drinker
and you're trying to break that habit
these would definitely help you okay so
I just wanted to check you really quick
because we were out and about and
running errands just walking through the
door and I'm really not hungry because I
had that coffee earlier but I still need
to have something for lunch even if it's
just a little something but it's at
least something I'm eating so I went
ahead and I'm just gonna I brought this
with me but I decided to wait until I
came home I was gonna have a beef jerky
stick there $125 for one stick so I'm
just gonna go ahead and have that for
now if I get hungry later I can have a
little something else for lunch but for
now I just decided well I'll eat
something but it doesn't have to be big
so anyways I just want to let you guys
know what I was having for lunch so for
two no dinner tonight I am just having
to repeat chicken salad I absolutely
could live off of this salad it is so
yummy and so filling that it's great I
absolutely love this one
I'm gonna also insert another picture

so we have made it today sevens evening
and I've just been so happy that I
finally have showed myself that I can do
this and that it is hard at times don't
get me wrong I think it's hard for
anybody especially when you're making
changes and you're you know like I've
talked in the past you know you're
changing routines and changing habits
and changing just everything and so
right there just change in itself is
such a hard thing to come across to deal
with but it's so rewarding when I see
such a big difference and you know I
didn't want to hold my hopes you know I
was just like when I started to get on
that scale I was like oh my gosh you
know I just I'm so scared but you know
what if I didn't lose or what if I
didn't lose enough to wear you know cuz
I worked so hard and I just kept
reminding myself no matter what I am
still doing what I'm supposed to do you
know I was still eating everything I'm
supposed to be eating and I'm still
sticking within my calories and I'm so
excited on Monday to start doing my
exercising and start getting my body
moving and start getting my heart
pumping and my blood flowing and
starting to really feel free even more
than I did today but stepping on that
skill just meant so much to me because
it was almost like as I stepped on that
scale and I seen that change in the
number especially so drastic all I could
think about was
a freedom a freedom of fear of not
knowing if I was gonna succeed this week
and you know like I said it earlier you
know this morning is not every week are
we gonna lose weight that that is true
and I am aware of that some weeks we may
be stalled and some weeks you know we
may even gain a little bit because our
body dynamics are going through
different things or you know as a female
things happen that cause us to you know
hold on to water and I know that but at
the same time to get that first week
down and know that I did everything that
I was supposed to do and seen such a big
surprise all I could do was just cry
I cried of happy tear it's like my
husband looked at me and just he gave me
the biggest high-five and was just like
you are awesome like you did it you a
managed to make it the whole week doing
everything you were supposed to do right
and I just felt like I conquered one of
the biggest stepping stones I needed to
get through to prove that I can continue
and finish through this entire journey
because the first week is one of your
hardest weeks because it's so much
changing that you're not used to but at
the same time within that change still
you've got to stay on you know on track
you've got to keep focused you've got to
have you know that trophy at the end
where you see it you know you want it
and my vision is so straightforward that
there's nothing to me worth veering off
for anything nothing because I am so
wanting this I just can't believe that I
lost 16 pounds this week that was such a
great feeling and I can't wait to see
what
next week has in store for me because I
know it's even gonna be better so I am
just I am so excited today we didn't
really do much we kind of just stuck
around I actually came home and after we
ran to Costco to get gas and run a
couple little car errands for my
husband's business I came home and I
laid down and took a nap I I don't know
I slept on my neck wrong last night and
my neck is kind of hurting and so I
thought you know I better lay down and
just take a little rest and see if that
will help I'm trying to rest this
weekend a little bit more because Monday
starts my workout and I am hitting at
full force I'm gonna be doing three days
a week and I'm hoping on the days that
I'm not working out will be the days
that I actually start doing some walking
so that every day I'm doing something
sometimes it might be a little bit more
than other days but I'm also going to be
doing something every single day because
I know that that's gonna be a very big
piece of just starting to build my
muscle and this is something that I want
to do for the rest of my life I want to
be able to get up and go and exercise
and walk with my family and do workouts
and you know all of those things are
things that it's not just temporary
because this is nothing that's gonna be
temporary I will always want to continue
this lifestyle for the rest of my life
because it makes me feel so good knowing
that I'm conquering such a big task for
me because I've always always been big
well long as they always been but I have
been big since I really started puberty
who is when really my weight kind of
started to come on and then life
happened and I gained tons of weight but
that's not gonna happen anymore and
there's no more excuses because I'm not
allowing those excuses anymore so yeah I
was just excited I couldn't wait as soon
as I seen that I just wanted to tell you
guys right then there I wanted to you
know put up a video I'm like I lost 16
pounds but
I was like no I gotta keep through the
day I gotta behave and you guys will see
it you know on Sunday but I was so happy
so I have just I the messages that are
coming in you guys are awesome awesome
and for the ones that are starting their
weight loss journey you can do this if I
can do it you're more than capable of

and it's a beautiful beautiful thing I
never thought that I would ever think
about putting this type of a personal
situation in my life out there but you
know in my heart I wanted to I wanted to
share this with everybody because I want
people to also feel like if they if
they're sitting there doubting their
worthiness and doubting if they can do
it I want them to look at me and be like
I'm not alone and I will do this and I
can do this and with her I will do this
because it's not because of me you guys
are losing weight please don't get me
wrong I am NOT saying because of me you
guys are losing weight but when you see
others losing weight it helps you to
feel like you're not alone and I have my
people that I look at and I say wow if
this person can lose
so can I and that is what is encouraged
me to start losing the weight and so
it's just it's a repetitious circle that
we all can gather together and support
each other and encourage each other and
see that this is this is capable you can
do it and I'm so excited for everybody I
can't wait to hear your guys's success

for my new ones and my videos come every
single day I do a daily vlog sometimes
they're busy blogs sometimes they're a
little bit slower vlogs because this is
my life this is how I this is how I
operate some days are more busier with
my kids and then other days are just a
little bit downer but every day I still
check in with you guys I still will let
you guys know what I'm eating how many
calories I'm trying to intake and just
being there to share with you guys my
struggles and whatever is going on for
that day I will definitely be checking
in every single day so I'm just letting
everybody know for the new subscribers
